VIBROCONTROL 1100 for 2-channel measuring and monitoring of absolute bearing vibrations and rolling-element bearing condition using a standard acceleration sensor.

VIBROCONTROL 1100 uses the power of built-in micro-processor technology and the following features:

• 1 or 2-channel monitoring (2-channel multiplexed)
• Either vibration velocity or acceleration sensors
• Monitoring displacement, velocity or acceleration units, and rolling-element bearing condition (BCU)
• Simple, time-saving setup via built-in display and keypad, without potentiometers, bridges or switches
• Selectable 115/230 VAC power; 0/4 mA DC output
• 2 limit relays plus OK sensor and health monitoring relay
• LCD display of measurements, setup and events logbook
• Serial linking to more VIBROCONTROL 1100 units and communication with PC software via an RS-232 interface
• Easy cabling by plug-in terminal connectors
• Internal self-test and high reliability level
• IP65 cast-aluminium housing

VIBROCONTROL 1000

The VIBROCONTROL 1000 family, is used when single-channel monitoring is sufficient to protect a machine.

Monitors vibrations of the machine or bearing housings.

Electro-dynamic vibration sensors are used, mounted either horizontally, vertically, or axially to provide the vibration signals.

• RMS value of vibration velocity
• Peak value of vibration displacement

Sensor: Vibration velocity sensor (e.g. VS-068)

Monitors the vibrations of the shaft relative to the bearing.

The signals are provided by two non-contacting sensors mounted in the same radial plane at 90º to each other.

Measurement parameter:

• Smax acc. to DIN ISO 7919
• MAX (x,y) acc. to API 670

Sensors: 2 (x and y) non-contacting type (SD-05x or IN-08x)

Monitors the axial position of the shaft. The signal is provided by a single non-contacting sensor.

Measurement parameter:

• Static axial position relative to a pre-selected position

Sensor: 1 non-contacting displacement sensor (SD-xxx or IN-08x Series)

VIBROCONTROL 950 / 960:

• Single-channel machine protection units for case vibration monitoring.
• Accelerometers CCS* (VIBROCONTROL 950) or velocity sensors (VIBROCONTROL 960) can be connected.
• DIN rail mounting in machine cabinets or in optional field housings.

VIBROCONTROL 1500:

Protection of two bearings of rolling element bearing machines by monitoring of up to six machine condition parameters: absolute casing vibration, rolling element bearing condition and temperature with just two accelerometers using integrated temperature sensors.

• Input: Two accelerometers (CCS*) with integrated temperature elements (AS-062T1)
• Measurement: Casing vibration overall values in mm/s rms according to ISO 10816; bearing condition unit, temperature
• Two alarm and danger limit (shutdown) relays
• Frequency analysis of casing vibration
• Internal trend measurement
• Post mortem analysis
• Remote monitoring via Control- Center-Software

VIBROCONTROL 1100:

• Casing vibration monitoring with accelerometers or velocity sensors. A dual-channel protection system which covers the most critical parameters on rolling element bearing machines.
• Two-channel input of accelerometers or velocity sensors
• Rolling element bearing condition unit – BCU
• Two limit relays, one OK relay
• Flexible, freely programmable outputs (limit values and analog outputs)

VIBROCONTROL 1860

• Casing vibration (velocity sensors)

VIBROCONTROL 1870

• Relative shaft vibration, axial position
