Rotary valve Azo DMN Westinghouse

Van quay GL có sẵn với 3 cấu hình thân khác nhau: toàn bộ bằng thép không gỉ, thân không gỉ với nắp cuối bằng nhôm và toàn bộ bằng nhôm. Cấu hình nhôm được anod hóa.
Rôto đĩa đầy đủ là thép không gỉ 316. Các nắp cuối có ổ bi nhô ra ngoài và trục được bịt kín bằng đệm đệm. Cấu trúc của đầu vào giúp giảm thiểu việc cắt nhỏ sản phẩm.
Các mẫu tiêu chuẩn phù hợp để xử lý các sản phẩm có nhiệt độ lên tới +150°C và chênh lệch áp suất tối đa là 1,5 bar. Các tùy chọn khác có sẵn theo yêu cầu.

SANITARY AIRLOCK – SAL

Trong ứng dụng vệ sinh, thiết kế và vật liệu xây dựng của van quay phải đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh để đảm bảo sản phẩm đến tay khách hàng không bị nhiễm bẩn. Việc thu hồi sản phẩm do nhiễm bẩn có thể gây tổn hại đến lợi nhuận và danh tiếng của nhà sản xuất. Vì vậy, điều cần thiết là phải đánh giá và phân loại các rủi ro ô nhiễm trong việc xử lý sản phẩm được vận chuyển. Ở mức tối thiểu, van quay và thiết bị xử lý vật liệu khác của bạn phải tuân thủ các yêu cầu vệ sinh theo quy định tại quốc gia nơi sản phẩm của bạn được sản xuất.
Các tổ chức độc lập nổi tiếng đã phát triển các tiêu chuẩn thiết kế thiết bị cho các ứng dụng vệ sinh: Bộ Nông nghiệp Hoa Kỳ (USDA) và Tập đoàn Thiết kế & Kỹ thuật Vệ sinh Châu Âu (EHEDG). Tiêu chuẩn của họ được chấp nhận trên toàn thế giới. Thông tin sau đây bao gồm các yêu cầu vệ sinh tối thiểu, trung bình, cao cấp và cao nhất đối với các sản phẩm xử lý van quay trong các ứng dụng vệ sinh.
Do đó dòng rotary valve SAL được hãng DMN Wesinghouse phát triển phù hợp cho các ứng dụng ở những nơi có nhiệt độ rất cao, yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, dễ vận hành và làm sạch. Van hoàn chỉnh có thể được tháo dỡ để kiểm tra và làm sạch chỉ trong vài phút, do đó giảm thời gian ngừng hoạt động và tổn thất sản xuất.

Dòng SAL là rotary vavle công suất thấp có bề mặt được đánh bóng cao cả bên trong lẫn bên ngoài.

Rotary vavle SAL được gia công từ khối thép không gỉ rất chắc chắn, không phải vật liệu đúc. Van có kích thước từ 50-100 được làm từ thép không gỉ DIN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) nguyên khối và có rôto có thể tháo rời dễ dàng với 6 túi rôto và kết nối ngàm kẹp ( clamp) . SAL 150 giống với kích thước 80 và 100 ngoại trừ rôto là thiết kế mở (rôto Daibi) và các kết nối mặt bích là DN150 (6”) được khoan theo PN6.
Phiên bản tiêu chuẩn có rôto có thể tháo rời dễ dàng, vòng bi bên trong và bộ truyền động trực tiếp với vòng đệm kín PTFE để bịt kín trục. Các phiên bản tiêu chuẩn phù hợp để xử lý các sản phẩm có nhiệt độ lên tới +212°F và áp suất hệ thống là 14,5 PSI.
