Tension meter TM310T is a compatible with Nireco’s entire line-up of tension sensors (MB, MG, MC, CD, MJ, CJ, TSA, Intrinsically safe TSA) and displays their tension readings.
The display range is from 0 to 10 kN (1,000 x 10 N). The tension signal output (0 to 10 V (0 to 5 V), or 4 to 20 mA) can be output to a sequencer, indicator, recorder or other device.

The Tension Meter TM310T quantitatively measures the tension of a running web in manufacturing and processing lines of webs such as film, textile and rubber.
Nireco tension sensors that have good accuracy and responsiveness are used. These sensors electronically measure the tiny changes that vary in proportion to the web tension. The TM310T tension meter then adds and amplifies the sensor signals and indicates the tension.

Tổng quát

Khi phanh hơi hoặc ly hợp không khí được sử dụng để điều khiển lực căng, tín hiệu dòng điện đầu ra của bộ điều khiển lực căng sẽ được chuyển đổi thành tín hiệu khí nén bởi bộ chuyển đổi điện-khí nén.

Bộ chuyển đổi điện khí nén EN40 sử dụng các đặc tính của cuộn dây chuyển động và bộ chuyển đổi vòi phun để chuyển đổi tín hiệu điện đầu vào thành tín hiệu áp suất không khí.
EN40 tạo ra tín hiệu đầu ra áp suất không khí có đặc tính tần số và tuyến tính tuyệt vời. Bộ tăng âm lượng tích hợp có nghĩa là EN40 có thể cung cấp cho các thiết bị khí nén khác nhau với lượng không khí và áp suất cần thiết. Thông qua điều khiển từ xa, phạm vi ứng dụng của EN40 cho thiết bị khí nén công nghiệp có thể được mở rộng.

High-performance EPC/CPC amplifier

The Strip Guide Amplifier is a high-performance, microprocessor-equipped EPC/CPC amplifier.
It offers advanced EPC/CPC controls such as stagger winding and cascading which are unavailable from conventional analog amplifiers. Also, this product is one-ninth the volume and one-fourth the weight of previous products. Finding the installation space is no longer an issue.

Feature

The LCD screen makes it easy to check setting values and output signal status.
All operations use the push buttons on the control panel for parameter settings.
Control is possible by P, I or PI action.
A line speed signal input enables automatic adjustment of control gain to compensate for changes in line speed. PLG signal input enables stagger winding.
Sensor signals can be taken from up to two sensor systems, enabling cascading control operation.
OPTION The SGA3000 stores control signals and output values in its ring buffer, which helps solve problems quicker.

Our new TM340 tension meter is compatible with Nireco's entire line-up of tension sensors (MB, MG, MC, CD, MJ, CJ, TSA, Intrinsically safe TSA ) and displays their tension readings.

By using the new communications function (RS485), the tension meter can be linked to a PC or other receiver, so that the operating state of the equipment can be monitored remotely.

Wire Position Sensor

The FW80 analog position transmitter has two versions: a long-stroke type and an ultra-precision type. The position transmitter incorporates a precision potentiometer, and converts the linear motion of an object to be measured into electric resistance proportional to its position. A construction drawing of this device can be found in Fig. 8. A stainless steel wire is wound around a wire drum, which incorporates a spring. The shaft of the drum is connected to the shaft of the potentiometer via the synchro-belt pulley.

Overview PH30/31 Nireco

The Photohead is the sensor of an EPC (Edge Position Control) system. It uses optical means to detect the edge of a strip (web).
The sensor signal is transmitted to an amplifier, and the amplified output signal is forwarded to a hydraulic jet pipe type controller or a servo valve, controlling the strip edge, so that it remains at the determined position.
If the operating environment of the Photohead is exposed to airborne dust, or if there is the risk that oil or water droplets etc. could fall onto the Photohead projector lens, use a sensor with the air purge specification.

Overview LH110 Nireco

The LH110 can be used on slitting machines as the sensor to optically detect register lines or patterns printed on the web. In combination with an amplifier (Liteguide Controller AE1000, AE900L or Webguide Amplifier EH321A), the LH110 can form an EPC (Edge Position Control) and LFC (Line Follower Control) system.

Easy to understand display and functions

No edge/line changeover required

When detecting a wide width line or pattern edge, there is no need to switch between the edge and line.

Polarity switching not required

When the gradation of the web material and line, (or that of the left and right edges) is reversed, there is no need to switch control output polarity.

Gain readjustment not required

The change in output voltage for line (edge) deviation is not influenced by line width or color; therefore, once the gain of the controller is set during a trial run, it is not necessary to readjust the gain.

Position signal retention function

During the interval when a line (edge) leaves the view field to when it returns, the position signal generated immediately before the line (edge) leaves the view field is retained and output. Therefore, a follow-up operation can be performed when the meander speed of a web is fast and the line (edge) tends to be out of the view field.

LED indication of optimum attachment position of detector

An LED indicator lights when the focal distance is correct and the mounting interval between the path line and detector are appropriate.

Integral action is the standard control operation; however, when used in combination with a position transmitter, the LH110 is capable of proportion action and integral + proportional action. You can choose the best control action for the machine that you are using.

An LED indicator lights when the detected edge is at the center of the view field.

When the device is connected to a controller that has an actuator lock contact input, (in cases of intermittent lines) the actuator is locked when the break in the line is detected and follow-up operation is stopped until the next line appears.

Note: The position signal retention function is not available when an actuator lock signal output is used.

Overview

The Ultrasonic Sensor UH01 / UH01A is designed especially to detect transparent film and photosensitive material in EPC(Edge Position Control)system.

It can detect the edge of a web with high accuracy, not affected by irregularities in the coating near the edge of transparent film and printed patterns, which is conventionally impossible by optical sensors. Combined with Nireco,s controller, an electrical EPC system and electro-hydraulic EPC system can be constructed. The UH01A is a version of our UH01 ultrasonic sensor with a longer internal length(the distance from the sensor center position to the inner side of the casing). Internal lengths of 200mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm are available. The internal length of the UH01 is 60mm (fixed).

Line Follower Head LH500 is a sensor that optically detects register lines or patterns printed on a web and, in combination with a controller (*1), can be used to form an EPC (Edge Position Control) and LFC (Line Follower Control) system.

Line Follower Head LH500 stores detected lines as image information, which it uses to perform pattern matching and comparison operations on image information during operation. With this new system, even if register lines and printing accessories are mixed, the stored lines are always tracked.

This is an example of using a combination of LH500 and a Liteguide controller with a slitter machine. The register lines or patterns printed on a web are detected using LH500. Then, so that the line always passes through the reference position, the unwinding reel shifts in the opposite direction from the deviation to cancel out irregularity, stretching, shrinking, uneven thickness, etc., of the web, enabling high accuracy slitting.

The Paper Checker PC300 and UH300 are a double-sheet feed detector developed specially for sheet-fed presses. Besides paper, it can also be used with aluminum laminate, poly-laminated paper, plastics and a number of other materials. It can also handle a wide range of thickness, and the thickness in use can be simply selected from a switch on the operation panel for easy changeovers. PC300 can detect double sheets of any material and prevents double sheets from being fed at once due to operator errors or omissions.

Main applications of the Paper Checker PC210

The Paper Checker PC210 and UH200 detect a splice or breakage of a web in every process of a web. In addition, it detects the feeding of double sheets by a sack machine which should feed one sheet at a time. When an abnormality is detected in each application, it is indicated on the controller and the output relay is activated. This contact causes the alarm buzzer to sound and the alarm indicator to light, thus notifying the operator or stopping the operation.
