Mô tả

Van 6240 là van piston hỗ trợ servo. Nút dẫn hướng và pít tông được hàn lại với nhau để tăng cường khả năng chịu áp lực và độ kín khít. Kết hợp vật liệu con dấu khác nhau có sẵn tùy thuộc vào ứng dụng. Thiết kế nhà ở và chất lượng bề mặt cho phép tốc độ dòng chảy tối đa. Các cuộn dây được đúc bằng epoxy kháng hóa chất. Một vòng bi trượt tùy chọn làm tăng vòng đời với khí khô. Kết hợp với phích cắm theo DIN EN 175301-804 Mẫu A, các van đáp ứng cấp bảo vệ theo tiêu chuẩn IP65. Van thép không gỉ đáp ứng Nema 4X.

Type Description

The Type 6228 is a servo-assisted 2/2-way solenoid valve with servo-diaphragm. It is particularly suited for neutral media. Without electrical power, this solenoid valve is closed. Pressure builds up through the servo diaphragm, which pushes the latter downwards and thereby keeps the valve closed. On switching, the space above the servo-diaphragm will be relieved via the pilot valve. As a result, the pressure of the medium lifts the servo-diaphragm, and the main valve opens. A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required for complete opening and closing. The special design and geometry of the internalparts of the valve produce a soft closing function with very low pressure peaks only. It is very simple to extend the valve radially.

Type Description

The servo-assisted solenoid valve with servo diaphragm is normally closed (NC). In this condition, pressure builds up above the diaphragm - the valve holds tight. When energized, the space above the servo diaphragm is pressure relieved and lifted up by the medium - the valve opens. The modular extendable valve system can be built up in all possible combinations with up to 12 valves each as distributor or collector in two sizes with different port connection modules. The valve can be put together in collecting function or distributing function by easily twisting the valve insert. Any combination of functions in one block is possible. Additional functions such as temperature indication or flow measurement can be added by integrating a corresponding sensor directly into the valve block. In order to be as flexible as possible, a variety of port connections are available as standard. The inner thread port connections are at the bottom, pointing down while the outer thread port connections and the plug-on connection for hoses are pointing to the side. The block material is Polyamide glassfiber reinforced. The advantages are: Low weight and a certain chemical resistance.

Type Description

The 6213 EV valve is a servo-assisted solenoid valve of the S.EV series. The spring coupling of the diaphragm supports the opening process of the valve. In its standard version, the valve is suitable for use in liquids. A minimum differential pressure is required for complete opening. A special version (HP00) which opens the valve without differential pressure is available for gas and vacuum applications. Various diaphragm material combinations are available depending on the application. The standard brass housing satisfies all European drinking water requirements. Dezincification-resistant brass is available for other markets. The housing offering is rounded off with a stainless steel version. To reduce power consumption in operation, coils with "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics (double coil technology) are available. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65 – in combination with a stainless steel housing NEMA 4X.
